The short version: we collect what we need to deliver flowers to the right door, we keep it for as long as the law requires, and we never sell it.
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the delivery address, the recipient's name, any gift message you write, and the contents of your order.
When you contact the studio we keep the message and your reply address so we can answer and refer back to it later.
When you subscribe to our letter we store your email address alone. Nothing else is attached to it.
We use your details to arrange, deliver and confirm your order, to answer your questions, and to meet our accounting obligations.
Gift messages are read by the person who writes your card and by nobody else. They are destroyed with the order paperwork after ninety days.
We send marketing email only to people who have asked for it, and every message carries a working one-click unsubscribe link.
Your shopping bag and wishlist are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are not transmitted to us and clearing your browser data removes them entirely.
We use no advertising cookies and no third-party behavioural trackers.
Our delivery drivers see the recipient's name, address and telephone number, because they have to.
Our payment provider will see the information required to take a payment once online checkout opens. They never share your card details with us and we never store them.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone, for any purpose, ever.
Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax law. Contact messages are kept for two years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it.
Write to contact@kanna.ge and we will respond within thirty days. There is no charge.
If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page and date the change at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
Questions about any of this? Write to the studio and a person will answer.
