These terms apply to every order placed through this website or agreed with the studio by phone or email.

Adding items to your bag does not create a contract. A contract forms only when we confirm your order in writing.

Online payment is not yet available on this site. Until it opens, orders are completed by phone or email with the studio, and you will always receive written confirmation of the price and delivery date before we cut anything.

We may decline an order - very occasionally the flowers required simply are not good enough that week. If we do, you pay nothing.

Prices are shown in Georgian lari (₾) and include applicable sales tax. Delivery is complimentary on orders over ₾120 and ₾9 otherwise.

Prices can change without notice, but never after your order is confirmed.

Flowers are seasonal and perishable. Final flower combinations may vary slightly depending on availability on the day.

Where a stem is unavailable we substitute like for like in colour, form and value, never with something of lower value. If a substitution would materially change the arrangement, we contact you first.

Same-day city delivery applies to orders confirmed before 2pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Delivery dates are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic or an incorrect address supplied to us.

If nobody is home the driver telephones the recipient and, with permission, leaves the arrangement in a safe, shaded place. Flowers are never left in direct sunlight.

You may cancel or amend an order free of charge up to 24 hours before the delivery date. After that the flowers have usually been bought and cut, and we cannot refund.

Every arrangement carries a seven-day freshness guarantee. Send a photograph within seven days and we will replace the arrangement or refund it, at your choice.

Because arrangements are made to order and perishable, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift messages are hand-written exactly as you supply them, so please check spelling before you send. We reserve the right to decline messages that are unlawful or abusive.

All photography, text and design on this site belong to K a n n a. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and disputes fall to the courts of that state.
