Every florist eventually makes an all-white bouquet, and most of them are boring. Ours works because of the jasmine - it breaks the outline, moves in a draught, and smells extraordinary at close range.

White flowers bruise easily - handle by the stem, never the head.
Recut and refresh water every two days to keep the whites truly white.
Remove any leaf that sits below the waterline.

Same-day delivery within the city for orders placed before 2pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Nationwide next-day delivery is cut and packed cold the evening before.
